All our wines are made organically, that means without the use of any industrial chemicals or pesticides. We also manage our vineyard bio-dynamically using our own compost and preparations. The objective is to get lively soils and vines that will provide us with outstanding grapes.
The Turanga Creek Signature Viognier is a voluptuous wine, light straw in colour. It displays fragrant aromas of peach, honeysuckle and apricots, even orange blossom, with a touch of subtle spice. The palate is rich and textured showing an almost oily mouth-feel and a lingering dry finish. Excellent varietal flavours. Great with spicy foods and rich seafood, game and pungent cheeses.
