All our wines are made organically, that means without the use of any industrial chemicals or pesticides. We also manage our vineyard bio-dynamically using our own compost and preparations. The objective is to get lively soils and vines that will provide us with outstanding grapes.

The nose displays fragrant notes of pear, citrus and white flowers. This lively wine reveals a delicate and elegant palate supported by a beautiful freshness.
