Turanga Creek Estate Pinot Gris 2010

All our wines are made organically, that means without the use of any industrial chemicals or pesticides. We also manage our vineyard bio-dynamically using our own compost and preparations. The objective is to get lively soils and vines that will provide us with outstanding grapes.

This single vineyard Pinot Gris has been crafted in a fresh and elegant style.  The nose is fresh and expressive with aromas of citrus and melon. The palate is lively and crisp, revealing a beautiful floral character and spicy finish.

Food match: shellfish dishes, seafood, fresh cheese

Aging: 2 - 4 years forn the year of the vintage
