All our wines are made organically, that means without the use of any industrial chemicals or pesticides. We also manage our vineyard bio-dynamically using our own compost and preparations. The objective is to get lively soils and vines that will provide us with outstanding grapes.
“Down To Earth” is the result of our desire to offer enjoyable crafted wines using organic practices. It is a simple and honest expression of our New Zealand 'terroir'. The nose displays fragrant notes of small red berries, cassis and vanilla. This charming wine reveals a juicy and rounded palate supported by a beautiful freshness.
