All our wines are made organically, that means without the use of any industrial chemicals or pesticides. We also manage our vineyard bio-dynamically using our own compost and preparations. The objective is to get lively soils and vines that will provide us with outstanding grapes.
This single vineyard dessert wine has been crafted in a fresh and elegant style. The nose is expressive with intense passion fruit and pear notes. The palate aromatically abounds with candy apple, quince, citrus and honey characters.
