Kermadec Restaurant
The Kermadec Restaurant epitomises elegant yet relaxed dining while gazing upon stunning harbour views. The wonderful sea life artwork on the checkerboard style white oak floor to the reflections of the standing lights encourage you to feel that you are surrounded by the ocean.
New Zealand's own history and culture is also represented here with the passage columns telling the story of the voyage of the earliest Polynesian's to New Zealand and their subsequent struggles in settlement. The base collars of the columns record the marks of the Maori Chiefs that signed the Treaty of Waitangi.
You can enjoy a glass of our Turanga Creek Malbec "L'Autre Terroir" 2009...
